ExcitingHumorousEmpoweringBeautiful Music

Do you love to sing and want to be part of a fun-loving, welcoming community? Come join us next semester! (Begins Tuesday, September 5th with open rehearsal to ‘check us out’ before committing to join.)

We welcome new members for our fall semester if there are open places; if you know you’d like to join us, contact Director for enrollment form to save your place with deposit.  We rehearse on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8 p.m. at First Parish of Watertown, 35 Church St. and hold an open rehearsal at the beginning of each semester.  Our spring semester will begin January 30th, 2018.

GBIC is a non-auditioned community chorus that achieves a high level of musicality. We sing 3, 4, or more parts in a wide range of musical styles. The ability to read music is helpful but not necessary. Our singers’ ages range from tweens and teens to eighties (we’d love to have more teens).

We hold an open rehearsal at the beginning of each semester. Our weekly rehearsals are one and a half hours; we’re efficient and we have fun. We enjoy each other’s company and are a true community.

Are you interested in joining GBIC or do you have questions? Please email Director Joanne Hammil or Membership Chair Cindy Probst.
